Arthur P. Barry III with Coldwell Banker Commercial Eberhardt & Barry, Inc. of Macon, Georgia, brokered the sale of the former Mauldin and Jenkins CPA firm at 439 Mulberry Street in Downtown Macon, Georgia.
Mauldin and Jenkins built the facility here in 1984 and worked from this location until relocating into a new office nearby in 2012.
The purchaser, Macon-Bibb County Industrial Authority, will occupy the 11,170 SF two-story office building located adjacent to the Federal Courthouse downtown Macon. Bob Lewis of Bob Lewis & Associates represented the Purchaser in this sale.
