(Adel, Georgia, May 31, 2013) – Arthur P. Barry III, SIOR with Coldwell Banker Commercial Eberhardt & Barry, Inc. of Macon, Georgia, co-brokered the sale of the former mobile home manufacturing facility in Adel, Georgia today. Glass Works purchased the property as a glass products manufacturing complex.
This facility was previously a mobile home manufacturer and closed in 2008. The buildings contained 189,000± square feet total of manufacturing/warehouse space, located on 21.8 acres of land along Interstate 75.
