(Macon, GA – March 16, 2015) – Art Barry III & Patrick Barry, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Eberhardt & Barry Inc. have been awarded the prestigious Coldwell Banker Commercial 2014 Mentor/Protégé of the Year Award. Art was a Mentor to his son, Patrick Barry, during the Emerging Broker Training program. Patrick attended Coldwell Banker Commercial Headquarters in Madison, New Jersey every six months in 2013-2014 to receive sales training in conjunction with the Mentoring Program.
This award is presented to one Coldwell Banker Commercial team where a dedicated mentor has demonstrated leadership qualities by formally guiding a colleague to successful practices in the commercial real estate industry and a protégé has demonstrated commitment and promise.
Patrick finished first in his Emerging Broker Training Program in the Spring of 2014.
