FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Thomaston, Georgia, January 5, 2015) – Arthur P. Barry III, SIOR with Coldwell Banker Commercial Eberhardt & Barry, Inc. of Macon, Georgia, brokered the sale of the former Triumph manufacturing facility.
Triumph manufactured specialty packaging for food products and employed 90 persons.
The Thomaston plant contained a 233,600 square foot manufacturing / distribution facility. The entire location includes 35.8 acres. Triumph closed its operations in July 2013.
The new owner is an investor, TW Macon, who will be leasing the manufacturing/distribution building. Barry will represent the new owner in its efforts to locate tenants for this property.
