Hal graduated from the University of Georgia in 1984 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys. He’s a member of Christ Episcopal Church, Idle Hour Country Club, Macon Civic Club, and he has served as president of Vine Ingle Little League.
